This steaming system then helps these toasters in complete removal of solvent present in the meal. In order to achieve quality factors, we inspect the Desolventizer Toaster on different defined quality and functionality parameters.

Further Details:

In MS construction comprising of multi stages with bottom jacketed for indirect heating, also provided with sparging steam arrangement in 2nd stage onward. Provided with centrally rotating shaft with scrapper arms in each stage to ensure proper heating of material and proper material movement from one stage to other. Each stage is provided with level controlling arrangement, which is connected to discharge door to ensure desire contact and desolventisation. Final stage is provided with special discharge arrangement. Complete with drive arrangement comprising of Gearbox, flame proof motor  also provided with vapour outlet arrangement.

Operation Before starting discharge of material from extractor start heating toaster and maintain temperature to 80 to 90°. Once the material enters the desolventizer, increase the heat to jacket and start agitation. In first compartment most of desolventising takes place. After reaching the level in 1st compartment, material, which is partially, desolventized, starts discharging to 2nd compartment. In 2nd stage open sparging steam as well as intensify agitation as well as help to solvent form meal. After attending level in 2nd compartment material with traces of solvent, start discharging in 3rd compartment where by sparging open steam traces of solvents are removed. In 4th and 5th stage meal conditioning toasting and moisture controlling operation take place and desolventized toasted meal is discharged from 5th stage to the meal conveyor.
