Deodorization Plant

The Deodorization Plant is used for a process of vacuum stripping wherein a given amount of stripping agent typically steam is passed through the hot oil at low pressure. The Deodorization is a steam stripping process wherein a good-quality steam, generated from de-aerated and properly treated feed water, is injected into soybean oil under low absolute pressure and sufficiently high temperature to vaporize the Free Fatty Acid.
